You will  need a tube of your choice.

I am using the Poser by Deziningdiva available HERE

Font of your choice
Scrapkit I used is 2010 by Tamsin McAtee Studios and can be purchased HERE

 

I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

This is a Vix Mask and you can find them HERE

1.Open a new image 500×500 white

2.Open one of the windows in the kit and resize 70%

3.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

4.Open the doodle and resize 70%

5.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

6.Move down

7.Open the bunting and resize 85%

8.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

9.Move to the top of the mask

10.Highlight bottom layer

11.Open the glitter and resize 65%

12.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

13.Highlight top layer

14.Open one of the fireworks and resize 60%

15.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

16.Move to the right

17.Open a different firework and resize 50%

18.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

19.Move up a little

20.Open a different firework and resize 40%

21.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

22.Move to bottom left

23.Open one of the stars and resize 20%

24.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

25.Duplicate several times and place around your tag

26.Open one of the bows and resize 15%

27.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

28.Move to the end of the bunting

29.Duplicate and move that one to the other end

30.Open your tube and resize if necessary

31.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

32.Move to the left

33.Add copyright and watermark

34.Add your name

35.You can merge visible
