Scrapkit I used is Beautiful Autumn By Cays Creation and can be purchased HERE
I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

This is a Monti Mask and you can find them HERE
1.Open a new image 500×500 white
2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize 14%
3.Paste as a new layer on your white
4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group
5.Add drop shadow
6.Open element56 and resize 20%
7.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
8.OPen element 7 and resize 20%
9.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
10.Move to the bottom of the tag
11.Open element 5 and resize 3%
12.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
13.Duplicate several times and place around your tag
14.Open element 3 and resize 8%
15.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
16.Duplicate several times and place around your tag
17.Open your tube and resize if necessary
18.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
19.Add copyright and watermark
20.Add your name
21.You can merge visible
